Ditto..customer service invited me to return it and get it from Amazon. CS claimed they have no control over sale of blackberry, I replied this is a T-Mobile exclusive model, which threw her off... I ask for a supervisor and got disconnected.
I can only say that the plans were better in the store....$59.99 1000 minutes + unlimited data,mail,browsing. Amazon plans suck! So T-mobile may be counting on 1. most people not finding out about amazon, 2. or that people think in a 2 year plan they will end up paying much more monthly, than the savings amazon offer now.
(I paid 300.00 for mine at t-mobile store and today sent the rebate papers to get $50.00 back. So I would spend the 200.00 dollar difference in a little less than 10 installments and maybe even get stuck with a crappy plan for the 2 year contract)
