Im getting extremely fustrated with my blackberry and all its software... ive posted several threads similar to this, ive searched google, and nobody seems to have a good anwser!!!! So give me your best shot. Basically my Pearl wont hook up to the computer by USB. I plug it in and I get the little lighting bolt and charger symbol for maybe 3seconds then it disappears. Meanwhile on my computer a bubble pops up saying USB device not recognized for a screenshot go here

I tried Reinstalling Blackberry software and Desktop Manger about 10times (My fustration) I completely redid my computer didnt help. I have a windows XP professional. Now i know its not my phone because the software works perfect on my friends laptop and he also has windows XP professional.... I used the same software, same USB, and same Pearl and it works perfect! but here on my home computer it gives me the USB error.... I tried updating my drivers like 5times and none the less it got me nowhere. Any suggestions???
