second last step, its restores from backup to the phone. I recall I had it at that screen for two hours..
All flashing is completed by this step.. yet like I said, this is just a workarround.. it might come later if you wait. But honestly I didn't have time for it.
Note: This workarround do NOT work for the first "wait for device initialization" in the reflashing progress...
