I was thrown into a project of moving some of our international users from their current server (SERVER1) to our main server (SERVER2).

After much playing around, I was finally able to move 1 of 8 people successfully over to SERVER2.

When I try and have the other users activate I get the following error message in event viewer:

User [email address]

appears to be running on a BES administered with seperate database. Other database user id = xx, our database user id = xxx. When this problem is addressed please reload the user.

I have had the user wipe their phone and then tried re-adding them, and this has not corrected the issue.

I am looking for any suggestions. I cannot verify the device was in fact successfully wiped as we are on opposite sides of the planet currently.
