I agree with scottjb above. That's how I would do it.

I'm not sure about this, but you could copy the notes file to a SD or compact flash card, assuming you have a card slot on the PPC and then go from there, depending on what options you have avaiable. But that would be a first step to getting the files off of the PPC if for some reason you can't sync PPC with Outlook and then sync to the blackberry..
