No, it is not possible. You can receive pin messages, but u cant send. This is the case with all non blackberry devices that run bbconnect. Its a limitation that was supposed to be addressed with a new version of bbconnect that supposedly emulated the blackberry OS on windows mobile 6 devices. It never came out
