I've searched unsuccessfully for an answer to this question. Hoping someone here can help me.

My set up:
8830 World Edition
Verizon Wireless customer
Set up with Blackberry Internet Server
Have 2 POP3 email accounts: personal one through MSN, another for my business (IPP is Jumpline)
Outlook 2003 on my laptop

My problem: Messages are delivered to both Outlook and my BB... which has resulted in lots of unnecessary extra work in keeping the BB . Is there a way to set myself up so that I don't have to handle the messages twice/separately?

For example, if I respond to a message in Outlook and then delete it, that the message would also be deleted from my BB. Is there a set up or service that will allow me to do that?

From researching here and elsewhere it seems like part of the solution is to get on an MS Exchange server for email. Is that true? Unfortunately MSN and Jumpline don't offer that option. Are there any options that don't require me to open yet another email account somewhere else?

I suspect I'm not alone as an individual/small business owner in dealing with this challenge but I haven't found any solutions yet for doing what's described.
