If us have Enterprise activation in device service book
you will be ok to activate
Try with regular data plan before you buy BES provisioning
As I said, I had activated two devices here in Ontario which have regular data provisioning
BES provisioning is double the price of regular prosumer provisioning
if you have larger number of devices x 12 months you can save big$$$ on that

for Ex2007 you will be ok
