OK, so this post title is a little tongue in cheek but I wanted to make some early observations about this years BB World.

The conference materials this year did not include a tote bag nor a printed conference guide. This seemed to lead to a lot of awkward people balancing notebooks and appetizer plates at the welcome reception

Also the mobile conference guide is not very good. I am using the Torch and the app runs quite poorly. On some BB models it is not supported at all. As much as I'd like to be "green" I would still like a printed conference guidebook outlining the sessions.

Just my two cents.

Thoughts anyone?
