I'm not sure what you mean about putting an overcharge. What I linked to is a 4,000 mah Power Bank that attaches magnetically to the Skosche magnetic mounting plate I already have in the case of my phone for use with my dash mount. It's basically a Mophi Juicepack for phones that don't already have a custom-made Juicepack available for them.
