I was wondering if anyone has found a way to set a policy or other setting to remove unwanted icons? We have users that have discovered the "Show All" on the desktop and are asking about stuff we just don't support or even want to for that matter.

What are the icons you are specifically inquiring about? If its the garbage Sprint puts on the device, then the best you can do is delete the service books right now. I believe OS 4.5 is supposed to have the functionality to manage those things.
