Between the non swappable batteries and not being able to support CDMA carriers with a price tag of $450 is a triple fail in my book. How do they expect to make any kind of a come back if there is limited distribution? I've been waiting to dump my 9930 but for what? It seems like Chen is focusing more on BES and other non-hardware related options. I'll wait a few more weeks to see if they do in fact come out with a unit for US carriers but if not, it's time to finally say goodbye (which I don't want to do since I've owned iOS and Android already and find them to be overrated).
