OK the 1 is asking for you to put in the port used by the camera. it cannot be 80 and generally is over 4 digits. The documentation I read on the app you said your using gave 4 digits.

2 is asking for the router's ip and port used by the camera. the ip is the network internet side ip as shown in the "whatsmy ip"

3 webport for general web browser is 80.

the others seem ok.

bottom line is you need to tell the external device the IP and Port the cam is using. Not the internal Ip which is usually 192.168.1.xxx on most routers.
