I did the support software installation from the LAN at work, not at home. Like I said, just beginning all this, so all the options & terminology are pretty strange to me. So far, the biggest pain & disappointment is the poor voice dialing ability, and the horrible machine voice! My very simple, 2+ yr old Samsung freebie was far more effective!
