T-mobile have admitted that there was a problem with both BTinternet and Yahoo over last weekend. The issue did get resolved on Wednesday.

In regards to your advise, I actually gave T-mobile my web password and details so as thy could investigate the problem so I doubt if they would have missed the radio button if it was enabled by mistake.
