I have the same problem with my Bold 9000.
It shows the red light when i charge it, also the battery with the shock sign in it. Which really confuses me because before i was making a video then all of a sudden the screen turns all white, as if it was frozen so i took out the battery and it wouldn't turn on after. Just that problem. Btw i was charging it by a wall charger.
