Default Error: Reinstalled BES

Here's what I've got and I hope someone can help. I've searched til I'm blue in the face.

Windows 2008 SBS with Exchange 2007 64bit (obviously)
BES 5.0.2

It was working fine and then stopped. I reloaded it from scratch but the same problem exists. Once the install is finished properly, I go to open the Admin Manager and IE says:

Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

No other error. It acts like the website isn't responding at all. The database checks come back ok so I think the back-end is working properly. I've browsed through a few sets of logs and everything in E:\Program Files (x86)\Research In Motion\BlackBerry Enterprise Server\Logs\20110217 is 0k. In the installer folder I see stuff like "MSI (s) (9C:28) [08:29:35:089]: Product: BlackBerry Enterprise Server Express for Microsoft Exchange -- Installation operation completed successfully." I don't see any errors to speak of. I do see one line that is interesting: "[10000] (02/17 12:34:57.896):{0x332C} [PIPTOOL]: Setup will exit as could not open E:\Program Files (x86)\Research In Motion\BlackBerry Enterprise Server\SLA\SLA.ini, E:\Program Files (x86)\Research In Motion\BlackBerry Enterprise Server\SLA\SLA.ini contains an invalid path." and the SLA folder doesn't exist so there is no SLA.ini file. Is this normal?

In one other file, I see: "[30000] (02/17 12:19:28.441):{0x3E4} <5>Feb 17 12:19:28 LAWSERVER {0xEA8} 1170: (#30000) [PIPTOOL]: Failed to clear user credentials.
[30000] (02/17 12:19:28.441):{0x3E4} <3>Feb 17 12:19:28 LAWSERVER {0xEA8} 1171: (#10000) [PIPTOOL]: Executing stop from CConsoleAddressesDlg.
[40000] (02/17 12:19:28.442):{0x3E4} LogReceiver: Code on closing = 10038"
I just don't see why the website isn't answering when everything says it completed properly and the database is online. Any ideas? I'll take a good guess at this point. Thanks!
