Newbie user still having email trouble. I have set up 3 emails on my new BB. MSN, Gmail, and a work email. The MSN and Gmail work fine. Email comes in and you get the message in both the "Messages" folder and the appropriate email folder. However, my work email only goes into the "messages" folder. Oddly enough 2 or 3 have actually gone into the work email folder. I have been working for hours on this and can't seem to find a fix. I would really like to hide the "messages" folder and just use the proper 3 email inboxes so I don't have to scroll thru all the emails.

This is a personal BB and my work doesn't have BES so they I am using BIS. I use outlook on my laptop and set up the email account in the BB.

What am I missing?
