the only suggestion I can think of is to try a local supplier. You may be able to show the cost online and see if they will come close to the price.
the other option you may have is to ship the battery to a re-shipper. Looking for a method I found there are companies who will receive goods and reship for a fee. some are ridiculous and some are very reasonable. It may be worth a try.
Some I found. I know absolutely nothing about these companies.
You should do a search also.
