I have 1 BES server running 4.7.1.17

I am trying to create a software configuration to push out the MDS runtime 4.6.

I put all files in the appropriate directories but the software configuration page under application never lists the mds runtime as an application I can push out.

I have successfully pushed out other version of the mds runtime and even the newer 4.7 runtime client works. Just not the 4.6

Any thoughts?
