Something is conflicting with the setup. Possibly anti virus software or another running app. such issues are becoming more and more common. Try re-downloading LINK from Blackberry.com and run it after shutting off any apps and AV software. Remember to reboot after installing. What version of pc software are you using? BB offers windows and IOS
