That worked for me, anyway. Blackberry 8300. BES. WinXP Pro SP2.

Thanks: What a pain - I had the ismu.msi problem and your solution to download the latest version worked great. During the install it asked me to remove older versions of the Roxio files and I clicked yes. I think this is finally what stopped the update manager from switching on everytime I started my computer.
