I had this problem. I'm still trying to re-find the page that I downloaded. The problem was not in the Roxio or in the Desktop Mgr software. The problem was that windows couldn't see it right.
After making changes to the appropriate configuration files everything installed perfectly and has run fine for about 2 months. Of course I filed it where I could find it again if I needed it...
