I am running BB Desktop Manager 4.3.0.15 and it has run properly for several months. Today, Roxio Media Manager started trying to install or configure Roxio Media Manager. I get a message saying "the feature you are trying to use is on a network resource and is unavailable". The message asks me to find an alternate path to Roxio Media Manager.msi. I inserted the BB User Tools disk where the file is resident but when I directed the installation to D:\files\exec\bbinstaller\SR_MM\Roxio Media Manager.msi, I get a message that the file is not a valid installation file. So, I am stumped. Meanwhile the installer just keeps trying to install. Very aggravating. Any ideas?
