Actually I'm having a bunch of hassles with new users getting the same 'desktop email is unable to submit message' message. 2003 sbs with all the correct exchange permissions set. I'm having to give the besadmin user full access permissions on each individual mailbox AD Users and Computers and then reboot the message store/bb router a few times before it will work. I don't particularly want to give the bb admin user all those permissions, but otherwise its just not working. Highly annoying.
