Hi,

We are currently using Blackberry Server Version 4.0.3.3 . We recently upgraded all old blackberry devices to users with 8820 . But the devices fail to activate via wireless but activate without any problems through desktop activation . We have tried with almost 10 8820 devices and its the same case with all devices . The only error message I can collect is "Update request received but record does not exist in database" . Guys , can someone please shed some light on this as we really need to sort this out
