The free app from RIM I'm most eagerly awaiting to try out is Vlingo Plus, normally $19.99.
The description sounds a lot like the Siri ads, saying in part:

Has anyone used Vlingo or Siri - or preferably both and can comment on how good or bad Vlingo is and how it compares to Siri?
