Did you ever resolve this? I have done the same thing on a blackberry 9900, accidentally pressed enterprise activation and now it seems there is no way to go back. Tried a battery pull, tried wiping it several times, I have a data plan etc but just wanted to set up my personal email address on it...
Looks like I'm never going to be desined to receive email on my blackberry
