Fixed my problem.

I deleted my Gmail account while on MTN SIM card. Then I swapped in my AT&T SIM card, deleted Gmail, and then added it back. Let Gmail synchornize/activate. Then put my local MTN SIM back in but did NOT activate Gmail. My Gmail folder was still displayed and the emails only come in from the AT&T side.
