Dear BB_Poland,
You basically get 4 tries before the phone turns into a brick. Here are the steps to unlock it once you have your code.
Insert SIM into device
Power phone on and Turn off the radio (Turn Wireless Off option) VERY IMPORTANT.
Select "Options"
Scroll down and select "SIM Card"
Type "MEPD"
Type "MEP2"
Enter Unlock Code: XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX
Press enter
Reboot device. Device is now unlocked.
