The BBupdate through me errors so I opened the DB and modified the dbo.ServerConfig and dbo.UserConfig - RichContent tables and the BESOnlyMessages to ((1)) from ((0)). Restarted the SQL server and the BES server, re-pushed the service books from the BES and I still do not see the enable html or the BESOnly icon.
Any ideas on what's wrong with my setup?

Have you performed hard reset of your BB? |
I deleted the device from the BES and wiped it. Readded to BES and activated, still no luck. Am I suppose to modify something elese? From what I saw in the SQL scripts the only thing they do is modify the zeros to ones.
