Apple released at least 10 updates from June 2013 and I suspect it is either hard for any company to keep up or it is being done on purpose by Apple to maintain control over any application interfacing to their OS.
All I found on the Blackberry site is reference to a few OS releases and nothing on your versions. it may help to use the Blackberry support forum on their site and ask when an update will be available if ever.
