I have a user who recently upgraded to 8830. I activated his BB and everything seem to be working perfectly. The only issue is that his contacts are not being pulled down. If I do a lookup, it then pulls down the names. Is there a way to fix this where contacts will show up as default. I went through all the settings on the phone but cound not figure this one out. Please help
