There a few certifications out there now, one for a System Admin and another for Admin/BB device support.
I've started supprting my agency BlackBerrys/BES a while ago. There is alot of good knowledge in RIMs KB articles, plus on this forum.
RIM also has training class around the US.. I will going to BES 4.1.6 training at the end of this month.
