Hi - is it affecting all BB devices or just those with OS version 7 and 10
Have this from Vodafone (even though we are with BT)
What is the impact of this incident?
Customers using BlackBerry 10 and OS 7 devices may experience delays while using their corporate email and other services. Customers will experience delays while using their corporate email and other services such as BlackBerry Messenger. However, subscribers should be able to use their personal browser and personal email account(s). Subscribers using BlackBerry OS 7 devices and below may experience delays while using their email account(s) and other services such as BlackBerry Messenger and BlackBerry Browser. BlackBerry Enterprise Servers may experience delays while connecting to the BlackBerry Infrastructure
