I have set up in BIS an OWA e-mail account - my mail from outlook gets sent to my 7130. Is there a way to set this on and off or is the only way to turn it off to delete it?

(I want to be able to turn it off when I'm working as I'm logged in on my laptop and don't want to have to keep deleting the messages on my 7130)
