how can you possibly say this without ANY information about the device? Its a flip device, which would appeal to MANY people out there. Form factor IS a factor in purchasing. Different versions, different OS's different form factors, it is important to consumers. Business customers, most dont care, its whatever their company gave them. Keep in mind RIM wants to rule the business market AND the consumer market
