Hi all

I have one device (8800) that won't install the software configuration thats assigned to it. When I click to "Update configuration status check" nothing happens, but in the BES event log I get an error 20000 from MGMR
with this in the text:

[CUserView::OnUpdateConfigCheck] PIN <removed for posting>: Configuration check returned error 8

Anyone know what error 8 is?
