I have a Bold, purchased from ebay to replace my original Bold that went swimming (the swimming bold still works, but leery of the extent of the water damage...so i use it as a spare..), that needs repair.
It's (to clarify the ebay Bold, not the swimming Bold..
..) got intermittent audio, definitely an intermittent issue in the fone itself, and holding the cover tight in just the right place gets old. It's also got a loose cover latch, but that is minor compared to the audio issue. Bottom line, it needs some repair.
I've done some googling for repair services, but wanted to get some insight from the experts on the board as to who is the best to go to...this is more than just replacing a trackball or fixing a keyboard, and that seems to be the standard repair most offer.
any suggestions?
