If you think about it, PC users should want this app to be Mac, since most of the graphics community is mac based, if themes could be created on macs we would all benefit. As a designer I am chomping at the bit to create my own theme.

True that. Most of the themes I've seen lack any sort of refinement. How about a theme out that doesn't look like some ill-rendered, sci-fi version of the BlackBerry.
Thankfully, the Cingular BlackBerry theme is simple and clean. Still, it could be better.
