Yes, I can certainly help you out. I use AWCC as they have the best coverage, are the most reliable, and the best deal for mobile Internet, but they may not cover Guzara. I can't tell you for sure as I am in RC East, and I know Herat is in RC West. More than likely they will, but you will have to check when you get there. Most FOBs and bases have a mobile telephone shop from which you can purchase a PAYG SIM card.

As a note, you will not be able to get BlackBerry service from any of the carriers as that requires a contract.
