Wow. So I signed up for new account with T-Mobile last Saturday (switched over from Verizon), and I paid $375 for my 8320 before the $50 rebate.

So clearly I'd like to take this deal from Amazon and save myself $275 after rebates. Does anyone know whether I would be within Amazon's terms if I canceled my current service with T-mobile (still in the 14 day return period), rolled back to Verizon for a day, and then rebought the 8320 and T-Mobile plan on Amazon.

It seems like this might violate one of their conditions:

"(5) not use this line of service to replace an existing account with T-Mobile."

But since I'm in the 14 day return period, couldn't I wipe away my current service with T-Mobile and just start again through Amazon? What do you all think? Any other new T-Mobile activators planning on trying this?
