I made an edit to the post above. In the string:

I had an extra comma in there, it used to look like this:

[Targus.NT.5.1]
USB Bluetooth Device= Bth,Usb, USB\Vid_xxxxxxxxxxxxx
|
Make sure that you remove that extra comma between Bth & Usb.
