Hopefuly you are not using any 3rd party add-ons for Office, as most still don't work for 64-bit.

Aside from the ability to use massively large spreadsheets, there is no functional difference between 32 and 64 bit Office.

Remember that software companies will put the dev $ where it will have the most impact. 64-bit OS, while on the rise, is still fraction of the market. And most computers sold with Win7 64-bit have Office 2010 32-bit preloaded.
