If this is the wrong place for this question sorry!
I am a T-Mobile customer who just returned my 7290... I am really bummed. My company would not allow me to connect to their BES and our email is within our VPN, so I had no way to even push my email. They said that unless my company buys the BB, I won't get ot connect. It is like being given a shotgun with rubberbands to shoot. I don't know what my options are as I would like more PDA functionality in the BB, but I don't know what to do. I hope the BB is a good one because the number 1 draw for me was the BES, which is now out of the picture for me. This is a serious bummer. Now with TMO not coming out with a BB in the 8000 series, I am almost mad and bummed because they seem to be very behind and I am tired of it after having just signed up with them.

P.S. I have a laptop and it is a royal pain setting up the redirector... it is just not the same.

P.S.S. Here is a dialogue with a T-Mobile rep that some might find interesting:'

Dear Robert Iverson ,

Thank you for taking the time to contact T-Mobile.

Upgrading your price plan to our 3000 min family plan has nothing to do with your upgrade. The only thing that matters about upgrades is when you last upgraded your phone for instance consider your phone upgrade and your price plan upgrades as two different types of plans. If you upgrade your price plan it does not mess up anything that has to to do with your handset upgrade which is in your case would be the Blackberry 8000 Series. So good news on your behalf and that phone is going to be awesome.

If you have any further comments, questions, or concerns feel free to contact us at anytime.

Thank you for choosing T-Mobile.

Sincerely,

Gabriel
