Yes, you're downloading the wrong thing.
You're trying to install BlackBerry Manager... which is a management tool for BlackBerry Enterprise Server.
BlackBerry Manager is NOT the same as BlackBerry Desktop Manager.
You need to download and install
BlackBerry Desktop Manager. (Sometimes referred to as BlackBerry Desktop Software)
