Ihave all those features on my 7100g. I'm not sure yours don't show. Try going to Phone, Options, General Options, and see if Call waiting is enabled.It sounds like it is if you are getting 2nd calls. Click the trackwheel to HOLD call, or if 2nd call is waiting to JOIN, SWAP.
