My old 9530 camera was broke. I upgraded to Storm 2 and had this one replaced under warranty. I plugged in the battery and turned it on/activated on my desk to verify it worked and put it back in the box. Never seen usage and still has the Verizon screen protector on it.
5.0.0.328 or whatever the newest OS is loaded up and ready to go. I suppose I can get unlock codes if needed.
I have one of those rubberized cases (forget the vendor) you can get from the Verizon store I'll toss in if you want it as well. Barely used. I found out they pretty much empty your pockets as it pulls them inside out when pulling the phone out.
