I have not been able to revive my Blackberry 8820 for the past 3 days. It all started with getting a white screen every now and then on random, usually if I let the screen go on standby on its own and press the scroll ball it will get back and function normally again. It happened several times till one time it just stayed on the white screen
I tried the battery pull and got a the red light but a blank screen, I tried all the mentioned methods of using the loader.exe (2 second connect) and the Jl wipe but the screen did not switch on. Finally I used Jl screen shot and it gave me the image attached.
I figured out that the screen might be dead, but the time shown in the screen shot never changes. It shows me the time the device was powered on, but if I take another screen shot it shows the same time. I am not able to enter the pin as well.
