I assume that by unlock you mean, open the device and use it. If you cannot remember the password, enter it incorrectly 10 times and the device will wipe and you can then get in. I hope you have a backup of the data otherwise it is gone forever.

If you are trying to unlock and use with another carrier, hit the link at the top of the page "Blackberry unlock" and buy a code.
